About the project

In December 2025, construction of Synthesis Ark Phuket was officially announced — a large-scale smart-city project that is set to become one of the most significant development initiatives in the central part of the island. This new city-within-a-city will integrate residential, commercial, public and recreational spaces into a cohesive and thoughtfully planned environment. The project covers nearly 80 hectares, with total investment estimated at around THB 50 billion (approximately USD 1.5 billion). Completion is scheduled for 2032.

Project concept

Synthesis Ark Phuket is designed as a fully developed urban district with a broad range of infrastructure. It will include villas, apartments and townhouses, along with office spaces, serviced residences, a hotel, educational institutions, medical and wellness centers, and retail and cultural areas. Together, these elements form a unified urban core where residents can live, work and spend their leisure time without leaving the district.

The architectural and planning vision is based on the Eco-Spectrum Living concept, which focuses on environmental sustainability, responsible resource use and a harmonious relationship between people and nature. Approximately 20 percent of the territory will be dedicated to green landscapes and water features. Developers plan to introduce energy-efficient engineering systems and modern water-management solutions designed to reduce environmental impact and improve the microclimate within the district.

Synthesis Ark Phuket is being developed in the Si Sunthon / Thalang area – one of the island’s most promising growth zones. The district is already surrounded by modern infrastructure, including international schools, medical facilities, sports centers and new residential areas.

Its location offers strategic advantages: it sits between two key parts of the island – Cherng Talay to the west and Phuket Town to the southeast. This corridor links major tourist districts, business hubs and residential communities, making the area especially attractive for long-term development. Thanks to its placement, the project is positioned to shift the center of activity and create a new axis of growth connecting the northern and central parts of Phuket.

Several trends explain why Synthesis Ark Phuket is being developed at this moment. Demand for long-term living on Phuket is rising faster than seasonal demand. More families, entrepreneurs and remote professionals are moving to the island. They seek not only comfortable homes but also fully developed infrastructure: schools, medical centers, workspaces, sports facilities and recreational areas. Isolated developments can no longer meet these expectations. Large integrated projects make it possible to combine housing, services and natural spaces into a single functional environment tailored to permanent residents.
