The two-story villa features 3–5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The grounds include a 19-meter swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a lounge area with sun loungers, a tropical garden, and a seaside pavilion with a dining space and barbecue facilities.
