Option 1: 100% Payment

For completed properties — immediately.

For properties under construction — progressive payments.

• 1st payment upon signing the contract - 20%
• 2nd payment when the property is 25% complete - 20%
• 3rd payment when the property is 50% complete - 20%
• 4th payment when the property is 75% complete - 20%
• 5th payment upon completion of construction - 20%

Option 2: 50% payment + 50% deferred payment

The initial payment is 50% of the price.

The remaining 50% can be paid later — in 1, 3, or 5 years.

Payment schedule during construction:

• 1st payment upon signing the contract – 20%
• 2nd payment upon 25% completion – 10%
• 3rd payment upon 50% completion – 10%
• 4th payment upon 75% completion – 10%
• Final payment upon construction completion – 50%

Deferred payment options (50%)

• Term - 1 year (4 payments) - 3% per annum
• Term - 3 years (12 payments) - 5% per annum
• Term - 5 years (20 payments) - 7% per annum
