The initial payment is 50% of the price.

The remaining 50% can be paid later — in 1, 3, or 5 years.

Payment schedule during construction:

- 1st payment upon signing the contract – 20%

- 2nd payment when the property is 25% complete - 10%

- 3rd payment upon 50% completion of the object – 10%

- 4th payment upon 75% completion of the object – 10%

- Payments upon completion of construction – 50%
