Ban Kinaree is a spacious villa nestled on the hillsides of Bophut, Koh Samui, offering panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding mountains. The architecture blends traditional Thai motifs with a modern tropical aesthetic: vaulted wooden ceilings, natural materials, dark wood accents, and open-plan living spaces create a serene atmosphere with a focus on privacy. The villa is located approximately a 10-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village, yet it sits in a quiet, elevated part of the area, away from the main tourist bustle. A large terrace and garden provide the perfect setting for outdoor living while enjoying views of the bay, and the villa’s orientation ensures a pleasant sea breeze and vistas of both sunrise and sunset.

Ban Kinaree spans three levels and consists of several pavilions. The lower level features an open-air living and dining area, a barbecue zone, a jacuzzi, and a 19.5-meter infinity pool with a shallow section for children. The middle level houses the entrance, one bedroom, an indoor living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and staff quarters. Four additional bedrooms, including the master suite, are located on the top floor. The villa is available in 3 to 5-bedroom configurations and can accommodate 8–12 guests depending on the chosen option. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a sound system, board games, parking, daily breakfast, and a dedicated team including a villa manager, housekeeper, and maintenance assistant. The villa is ideal for family vacations and trips with friends, and it can also host private events subject to the property's terms and conditions.
