Baan Hinyai is a spacious beachfront villa in the Lamai area of Koh Samui, where modern comfort meets the natural beauty of the coast. Nestled among iconic granite boulders, the villa offers panoramic sea views. The heart of the home is a large terrace featuring a 20-meter infinity pool, sunbathing areas, and an outdoor dining space. The bright, high-ceilinged living room also faces the sea and the pool, with an interior design that encourages seamless indoor-outdoor living. Depending on the chosen configuration, the villa offers three to five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and ocean views.

Baan Hinyai is perfect for both a relaxing family getaway and trips with a large group. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ area, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, Wi-Fi, a sound system, Smart TV, and water sports equipment, including kayaks and SUP boards. The villa is staffed by a dedicated team, including a manager, a private chef, and housekeeping, so breakfast and other meals can be arranged directly on-site. For further relaxation, guests can enjoy table tennis, yoga sessions, and wellness treatments. If needed, Baan Hinyai can be rented together with the neighboring villa, Baan Hinta, creating a unified space for groups of up to 20 guests.
