• 4th payment upon 75% completion of the property - 20%
• 5th payment upon completion of construction - 20%

Option 2: 50% payment + 50% deferred payment

The initial deposit is 50% of the price.

The remaining 50% can be paid later — in 1, 3, or 5 years.

Payment schedule during construction:

• 1st payment upon signing the contract – 20%

• 3rd payment when the property is 50% complete – 10%
• 4th payment when the property is 75% complete – 10%
• Payments upon construction completion – 50%
